For much of Sunday’s pivotal Game 2 of the NBA Finals, LeBron James was in a postseason trance unlike anything he has experienced since the 2011 Finals. He finally snapped out of it, but by that time it didn’t really matter. It was his supporting cast of Mario Chalmers, Mike Miller and Ray Allen that had already put the game away. James finally came to life in the fourth quarter and produced a number of highlights including the forceful block on Tiago Splitter, the no-look corner 3 assists, the dunks in transition. LeBron slammed the door shut in Game 2. Tied 1-1, the best-of-7 series now shifts to San Antonio for three consecutive games before returning to Miami for Games 6 and 7, if necessary.
