There are three four versions of the Zoom LeBron II Throwback Player Exclusive that was created to match Cavs’ retro jerseys back in the 2004-05 NBA Season. On January 20, 2005 LeBron James the youngest player in NBA history to record a triple-double. King James had 27 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, in a game against the Portland Trailblazers, twenty days after he turned 20 years old. Because he reached that feat wearing a special, limited edition shoes the fans named the shoes “Triple-Double”. Apparently there are three four different versions in the existence. The differences appear in the Nike and Swoosh logos on the straps as well as the #23 embossed on the back. The first one features the Gold lining around the Swoosh and the Nike sign (1). The second one has the gold lining only around the Swoosh (2), and the third one has no Gold trim on the straps (3). The final, fourth version, has no #23 embossed on the back of the shoes like all the other three do (4). See the pics below. Thanks for the info to SoleSeeker23, SlimSolejer and abt.

1. Gold lining around the SWOOSH and NIKE | #23 embossed.
2. Gold lining around the SWOOSH only | #23 embossed.
3. No gold lining around the SWOOSH nor NIKE | #23 embossed.
4. w/ gold lining | w/o #23 on the back.
