Miami’s Big Three Carry Heat & Even NBA Finals with Spurs »
Dwyane Wade scored 32 points, LeBron James added 33, and Chris Bosh chipped in 20 as the Miami Heat put the NBA Finals into another gridlock with a 109-93 victory over the San Antonio Spurs. The best game the James-Wade-Bosh trio had in this series was Game 1 when they combined for 48 points, yet the Heat lost that one while the Big Three shot 20-for-47. They totaled 85 points tonight and each shot better than 50 percent from the floor – 37-for-64 combined (58 percent). This is the first time in seven NBA Finals games against the Spurs that James has shot better than 45 percent from the floor (he met the Spurs in the 2007 Finals while with the Cleveland Cavaliers during a losing 4-0 series sweep). He passed the Houston Rockets’ Hakeem Olajuwon for 10th in all-time playoff scoring tonight. King James sported a new Black and Gold colorway of the Nike LeBron X P.S. Elite.
