So far I’m all in on the upcoming Nike Soldier VII, and with each set of new pics I only feel stronger about this. I was really excited when Nike stepped it up with the Soldier VI by ditching the old Air Max / Zoom combo and re-designed the whole shoe. Now it seems like it’s another step forward with the Soldier 7. Aesthetically, this is a great looking shoe and they look extremely comfortable as well. Some of the features, like for example the padded tongue and collar lining or the diamond cut details, look like they belong in the main signature line. Maybe that’s why I like these so much. Having in mind a much lower retail price (hopefully it’s still $130)…the Nike Zoom Soldier VII seems like an instant winner. My biggest concern is about the traction pattern.
