Nike Zoom LeBron VI Concept Designs by Ken Link »
In the video posted few moments ago there are tons of extra footage. One of the surprises waiting to be discovered were the initial Zoom LeBron VI design sketches created by Ken Link – lead designer of LeBron’s line. The second picture corresponds with a so-called 2nd stage sample, that we profiled back in August. See the whole ZLVI evolution after the break.

are you sure that first design isn’t the first stage of the Ambassador? or did the first sketch of the “VI” end up becoming the Ambassador?

I’d like to know that, but there’s no way of telling the truth.
The first sketch is not the Zoom Ambassador as we know it. There are some cues of course, but the shoe is different (f.e. no swoosh).
Also, what about the Zoom Power? They didn’t put that.

The first sketch, does look an awful lot like the Ambassador, I can see how that sketch evolved into the Ambassador.
