Leading 3-1 in the second round of the 2007 NBA Playoffs the Cleveland Cavaliers have tried to get to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 1992. Unfortunately, they didn’t took care of their business in Game 5. After stealing Game 4 in this best-of-seven series the Cavs didn’t manage to use the home court advantage to their favor. The Cavaliers played the last 56 seconds without LeBron James, who injured his knee tumbling over Cleveland’s bench, while scrambling for a loose ball with Jason Kidd. He limped off the court, but according to the cavs.com The King is expected to play in Friday’s Game 6 in New Jersey.
