Information
In order to honor the United States national team we’re presenting the complete list featuring LeBron James’ basketball shoes inspired by his homeland. After his rookie season, LeBron played on the 2004 U.S. Olympic basketball team in Athens, where the United States won the bronze medal. James also competed in the 2006 FIBA World Championship in Japan where the team finished with an 8-1 record, and once again was denied the taste of gold. The USA squad won the bronze medal. After failing to win the World Championships, the team competed at the 2007 FIBA Americas in order to qualify for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. The United States captured gold medal honors with King James leading the way. During the gold medal game against Argentina, James recorded 31 points, the most by an American in an Olympic qualifier. Finally, James, along with the rest of Team USA aka the “Redeem Team” reclaimed the gold medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics as the U.S. went unbeaten in the tournament. In 2010, James decided not to play at the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey, but he’s already declared his commitment for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.Shoes
