The Nike LeBron 9 was the first shoe to feature the new LJ-crown logo. The Air Max LeBron VII was the last shoe to sport the previous LeBron James LBJ23 logo. However, the Nike LeBron 8 was responsible for the transition. It was released shortly after the decision and the main logo used on this silhouette was the Lionhead. Still, there are some samples floating around with the old logo, similar to the all white V1 sample. The presented Nike LeBron 8 V/2 Cool Grey sample features the LBJ23 on the back and on the bottom of the shoe.
