Initial Look at the Black White Red Nike Zoom Soldier 3 »

After learning how light the new Soldiers are we really can’t wait for the final outcome. Supposably they are as light as the Hyperdunk, even without using gimmicks like Flywire and Lunar Foam cushioning. Instead, the ZS3 consists of flexible nylon and leather materials. The shoe sits on two Zoom Air unit bags, one in the heal and one in the forefoot – standard for the Soldier line. The Nike Zoom Soldier 3 features several LeBron James logos. There’s the Dunkman on the top of the tongue and on the insole. There’s the usual L23 logo on the upper strap and on the outsole. Also, there’s the Lionhead hidden inside for the final touch. Nike ZS3 is slated for release in April just in time for the Playoffs. As usual, LeBron James will switch his main shoe for the year and strap down with the third installment of the Zoom Soldier.

I see opinions have changed since the first time we saw them, LOL.

I must admit the new pics make them look goood. I prefer The Six for casual, but I really can’t wait to play some ball in the new Soldiers. Plus I’ve always been a fan of straps, which are my favorite attribute as far as the looks go.

I am not sure about the logos tho… they seem random. I think, Nike can’t decide which logo stands for what.

nice colorway-can’t wait for the other variants to come out.they could’ve placed lebron’s signature and the jumpman logo more prominently outside instead on the insoles because it gets erased as you wore the shoes and played with them just like what happens to the soldier II’s.

hmmm….well I like it more, still not feeling the straps (sorry Greg), but the ankle support and traction look great, coloring and the dunkman are nice and if they are as light as they are advertised then i may have a good soldier 3 collection…cant wait to feel these regardless of looks though.

Obviously we are warming up to these… don’t forget the pretty poor reception we initially gave! Pics look good… Shoe looks good BUT I still stand by my biggest complaint… this is an LBJ FUSION cause that’s what Nike is ALL ABOUT lately! Come on people… be original will ya!?!? Though, I’m bitter because I was really hoping the “Zoom Power” would become the Soldier III

Believe me you won’t regret it!
20-5-5’s are great for ball… many are still looking for them. Personally, they are my favorite.
