Nike LeBron 11 “King’s Pride” vs. Nike LeBron 12 “NSRL” »
Here’s a side-by-side comparison of the LeBron 11 and the LeBron 12 in their initial colorways… King’s Pride and NRSL, respectively. The most important aspect that everybody is looking forward to finding out is the on-court performance, but we still have to wait a little longer to solve that mystery. Nike has probably learned from last year’s mistakes and there’s no drop-in midsole this time around. Aesthetically, the materials are roughly the same, but each section has significant upgrades. Instead of using Hyperfuse they modified the structure with a Megafuse composition, which adds a layer of stiff rubbery surface. The shoe is much more flexible now, but still offers a lot of support. The new design is quite pleasing, but putting that small Swoosh on the toe area for the third straight year doesn’t seem innovative to me. Actually both Nike Swoosh logos and their placement is the main reason the LeBron 12 might be a difficult match for casual wear. Check out the LeBron 11 vs. LeBron 12 pics below and stay tuned for updates regarding the new launch date.
