The tradition of creating special Christmas colorways is quite young considering Nike’s ability to create personalized kicks. For the LeBron line it started along with the LEBRON VII. Nowadays the expansion is quite obvious and even the Soldier line was included last year. Unlike the LEBRON X, which ended up at retail as usual, the SOLDIER VI Christmas PE was created exclusively for NBA players and was showcased on NBA courts thanks to Kosta Koufus and Eric Bledsoe.
