2007 NBA Playoffs photo recap: ECF | game 1 »

Playing in their first Conference Finals in 15 years LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers lost Game 1 in Detroit. It was a very close game and it all came down to the final play when James drove toward the basket, kicked out to Donyell Marshall for a wide-open potential winning 3 pointer. Unfortunately the ball didn’t find its way to the basket and Detroit managed to escape the Cavs with a 79-76 win.
