Fans in the communities are trying to decide which Nike LeBron sneakers are the rarest. It’s a difficult debate especially when we mortals are not able to see many different designers 1-of-1 products. Below you can see another rare Nike LeBron shoe that one might throw into the discussion. It’s a Nike Air Force 1 PE personalized for LeBron James for the “Saturday Night Live” show. Last year LeBron hosted one of the SNL episodes… who knows me might see him in that role again.

Just like the Cavaliers, the cast of Saturday Night Live rode LeBron James’ versatility to an impressive victory. James’ performance, at least, was a bonus among cast members and from several celebrities in the studio audience of about 300. “The ESPY’s proved that LeBron’s a natural performer,” said sportscaster Bob Costas, who attended the show with his family. “He more than held up his part. Some athletes or sports figures who do this, especially the live show, appear nervous. Kanye, LeBron to kick off ‘SNL’ season on Sept. 29 »

Chart-topping hip-hop artist Kanye West and NBA superstar LeBron James have signed on to headline “Saturday Night Live’s” 33rd season premiere in New York. This marks the second time West will perform on an “SNL” season opener, NBC said. The first episode of the new season of the sketch comedy show is slated to air this Saturday with James, a forward for the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers, playing host. James made his TV debut in July when he hosted the ESPYs Award Show, for which he received very good notes from his co-host comedian Jimmy Kimmel. Source: United Press International.

Live from New York, it’s LeBron! »

Cavaliers All-Star forward LeBron James, fresh off co-hosting the ESPY Awards earlier this month [video recap | photo recap], will host the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live” in September, an NBC spokesman confirmed on Wednesday. The 22-year-old James will be the latest prominent athlete to host “SNL,” following his boyhood idol, NBA superstar Michael Jordan, who hosted in 1991. Saturday Night Live producer Steve Higgins stated, “It’s nice to get people who aren’t in show business to host. Sports stars tend to be less frightened because they are used to performing in a live setting”. Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning appeared on the show last season. James got positive reviews for his work co-hosting the ESPYs along with comedian/talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. Source: espn.com.
