LeBron James already wore a Cool Grey based Veteran’s Day colorway and a interesting Black and Yellow PEs. Last night, he introduced a new version, which kind of combines both aforementioned styles. His latest Player Exclusive version of the Nike LeBron 12 comes with a Cool Grey upper, Black posite and Yellow branding. In 8 games played this season, King James wore 8 different pairs of the LeBron XII, however, it wasn’t the usual 1 pair / 1 game affair.
With one fourth of the 2012-13 NBA Season behind us, it’s time to take a look at what other NBA players wear Nike LeBron shoes these days. Ty Lawson of the Denver Nuggets is leading the pack with Cool Grey 9’s, Taxi 9 P.S’s and Blue Diamond X’s. Eric Bledsoe of the Los Angeles Clippers aka Mini LeBron has already wore Pressure, Bred, and Carbon X’s. Lou Williams of the Atlanta Hawks has designed for himself a nice predominantly red colorway of the LBJ X on Nike iD. Manu Ginobili and George Hill are still wearing Freegums 9’s. Today marks the official release date for the Nike Zoom Revis in a classic Black/Volt colorway. LeBron James has decided to showcase his Cool Grey makeup, which is yet to hit the market. Similar to other Cool Grey themed shoes, tonal grey hues cover the majority of the upper. White on the midsole and the Swoosh is added for additional contrast. One of Nike’s arguments against the ongoing increase in prices of their signature products is the ability to buy a cheaper version. So if you down’t want to pay $180-290 for LeBron James’ signature shoes you should buy the cheaper version – the Nike Zoom Soldier. The sixth installment had been launched shortly before the London Olympic Games and there are a couple of different colorways available for purchase. The Nike LeBron 9 was the first shoe to feature the new LJ-crown logo. The Air Max LeBron VII was the last shoe to sport the previous LeBron James LBJ23 logo. However, the Nike LeBron 8 was responsible for the transition. It was released shortly after the decision and the main logo used on this silhouette was the Lionhead. Still, there are some samples floating around with the old logo, similar to the all white V1 sample. The LeBron 9 Cool Grey is a colorway that should seem familiar to those keeping up with LeBron brand. For the third time, Nike will release the “Cool Grey” model for LeBron’s signature shoe – blending different shades of grey with the familiar white sole and swoosh. Among the unique colorways that Nike has released the Lebron 9 in so far, the Cool Grey is one of the more anticipated ones. The LeBron 9 Cool Grey is available starting today at nikestore.com, eastbay.com, footlocker.com and in local stores. It retails for $170. March 2012 is heavily scheduled with three – Dunkman, Griffey, Mango – new colorways of the Nike LeBron 9, but February is also shaping up to be very interesting. In exactly one week, on March 3rd, the Cool Grey, White and Silver version of the LeBron 9 will officially launch in stores and online at nikestore.com. Hoever, they’re already popping up here and there. Somewhere in between, probably during the All-Star Weekend, the anticipated Galaxy version will be released to public. Finally, let’s not forget about the Hornets pair that’s also without a date so far. Are you already decided which ones to get?

Nike has announced official release dates for the upcoming Nike LeBron 9 shoes. The Cool Greys will drop next month, but three more colorways will be released in March. I’m sure most of you would like to know any release details for the anticipated All-Star Exclusive aka “Galaxy“, but there’s no information available at this point.
