Releasing Now: Nike LeBron 7 Grey / Orange Eastbay Exclusive »

As listed on the RDs page, today is the premiere of three new Air Max LeBron VII colorways. They are not technically Team Banks, but they do represent three mainstream trends in college basketball. They implement the most popular make ups – Blue, Red, and Orange. You can get them online at eastbay.com, but Blue and Red styles have been pushed back to March 15th. They were dubbed as Eastbay Exclusives, however, seems like other Nike retailers will get them too. The Grey/Orange/White version has been spotted at House of Hoops stores and several other Footlockers. Continue reading for more photos. We’ve been making upgrades around the site. Plenty of great releases come through the doors at Eastbay, but it’s a nice treat when we get to bust out some Eastbay Exclusives, especially with elite Nike Basketball product. This particular instance is the Air Max LeBron VII Grey Pack. The pack has three limited colorways, all with a cool grey patent leather base. All three have a cool grey patent leather upper with a uniform specific color Swoosh, outsole, Air Max bag, Flywire, laces and other accents. While our readers feel extremely disappointed about not getting a chance to buy the Kentucky joints… fans and players of Memphis, Syracuse and Ohio State should be very pleased as they will have something nice to match their uniforms. Another Look at the Max LeBron VII 393320-003 in Grey/Orange »

Are we really about to witness a first Team Bank series from the LeBron James Shoes Collection? This has never happened before. So far we’ve seen Team Bank shoes as a part of the Soldiers, but never did Nike release TBs based on the numbered Nike LeBron signature line. The first rumors about the new Grey/Orange (as well as other Grey based shoes) being an Eastbay Exclusive are most likely to be true. Unlike the Cool Grey colorway, the Grey/Orange/White pair has a different model number, which is 393320-003. Prior to that we’ve seen two different versions of the VII – 375664-XXX (Flywire) and 383578-XXX (NFW). There are at least two more “Team VII’s” scheduled to be released in the upcoming weeks. As these new photos have just hit the Internet… what do you think about this idea?

Upcoming Nike Air Max LeBron VII Grey White Orange New Photos »

Orange seems to be the dominating theme as of late. There’s the whole Hardwood Classic thing with the Cleveland Cavaliers this year, the New York Knicks / Summer 2010 rumors, and we even get to see more Orange based kicks, which is not that common. This pair, which leaked in December is one of three upcoming predominantly Grey Air Max LeBron VII shoes slated for 2010. There are no exact release dates speficied, but expect to see them in stores soon. The Grey/White/Orange VII features a massive Grey patent leather upper, White midsole, and vibrant Orange outsole, swoosh, Max Air unit and of course laces. New Air Max LeBron VII Grey Patent CWs – Blue, Red and Orange. »

At the unveiling of the Air Max LeBron VII in the Grey, White and Orange colorway we were shocked at first. Mainly because it was such an unorthodox shoe. Later, once the rumor about them reaching eastbay has started to emerge we have been asking ourselves “who would buy them?”. I mean it’s not something that would be versatile enough for casual wear. Also, apart from Syracuse and couple other Orange based schools it’s difficult to find a match for basketball too. Now as it seems they will hit retail… two new variations of this Grey Patent Leather theme have surfaced the Internet. The whole three – Orange, Blue and Red – Grey LeBron VII’s featuring massive Patent Leather upper look like Team Bank shoes. Personally, I can’t wait for other shoes like Akron, CTK, and couple more GRs, but what do you think?

New Nike Air Max LeBron VII Grey / White / Orange Sample »

Thanks to the recent interviews with Jason Petrie, we were able to see some hot sample colorways of the Air Max LeBron VII. Some of them will drop… others won’t. Two days ago TheShoeGame.com held their 3-year anniversary party at the NikeStore in Atlanta and one of the participants gave away this unseen before version of the AMLVII in Grey, White and Orange. It’s definitely an eye-catcher thanks to the vibrant Orange color used on the air bag, laces, and other details. The patent leather upper gives them an additional pop for sure. Do you like this configuration? There’s no word on a possible release, but keep checking back for updates. For now let’s enjoy the photos.
