In-depth Look at the Latest Zoom LeBron 6 – Miami Exclusive »

Today, on LeBron James’ birthday, we usually write about his latest Birthday Exclusive Nike sneakers, but not this time. With the Chalks being an early Birthday present this year, we get to focus on yet another Limited release – Miami Nike Zoom LeBron VI. Similar to the Big Apples, which dropped exclusively in NYC area, the Miami’s are releasing tomorrow in a 23 pairs X 23 stores fashion. Also, King James is rumored to wear these kicks tonight when the Cavaliers take on Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat. Several pairs have already popped up on ebay. Pics via dividedworld. By the way… Happy Birthday LBJ! UPDATE: According to the the305 they will release only 23 pairs at Niketown and Shoe Gallery: Niketown, 5701 Sunset Dr, South Miami, FL 33143, 305.740.0121 Shoe Gallery, 244 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132, 305.371.2063, but we expect more pairs to drop similar to the NYC release. Also, just like in the case of the Big Apples the price may vary from $140 to $160.

Actual Photos of the L.A. Nike Zoom LeBron VI »

Two days ago we profiled the ZLVI Los Angeles edition, which is scheduled to be released in January. In general this colorway is very nice (even without a direct/logical reference to the City of Angels), but we have already expressed our disappointment about the “Rainbow Dunkman” logo on the side. Today, as if somebody read our thoughts, we give you a look at yet another version of the Los Angeles LeBron Six. This time without the misplaced logo. Looks much better, right? Let’s hope they will drop this way.

Upcoming City Pack Nike Zoom LeBron VI Los Angeles »

Last month Nike released the first out of several City inspired Nike Zoom LeBron VI sneakers (Big Apple). Just yesterday, Cleveland got some special treatment with a little bit of that Nike X LeBron James Christmas magic. In less than a week, when the Cavaliers visit Miami, yet another LeBron Six Exclusive will hit the streets. The release date is the same day as the game itself (12/30), although the release channels are still unknown. Following Miami’s is going to be the Los Angeles Special Make Up, which is scheduled to be released when LeBron and the Cavs take on Kobe and the Lakers on 1/19. The L.A. VI’s are reminiscent of two previous kicks – Business and Athlete from The LeBrons pack – as they use Biz’s slick colors and Athlete’s smooth materials. The finishing touch is again the Zoom LeBron VI theme midsole, but the logo on the side… well there’s just something not right about it.

Nike and LeBron James Debut The Six Chalk Edition for Christmas »

As LeBron James performed his pregame routine of tossing hand chalk into the air, the sellout crowd threw packets of white confetti aloft with him, creating a blizzard-like effect inside Quicken Loans Arena. The theatrical stunt was to promote James’ new Nike “Chalk” shoe, one of several variations he has worn this season. “That was unbelievable,” James said of the indoor snowstorm. “I will never forget that.” The Wizards intended to wear their blue road jerseys, which included a white holiday snowflake on the front. But James wanted to wear blue to match his new Nike “chalk” shoes and the Cavaliers sent an employee to Washington to fetch the Wizards’ white jerseys. The Nike Zoom LeBron VI Chalk Edition was on sale on X-Mas day (at Cavaliers Team Shop, and NikeStore) and it sold out almost instantly. Just like in the case of his Big Apple shoes fans wanted to get this special make up featuring a silhouette of Lebron in the “chalk pose” on tongue top and sockliner, and also spilled chalk screen-print at collar. X-Mas Special – Unseen Nike Zoom Soldier II “Sprite” Colorway »

In the magical spirit of Christmas we’ve prepared a little something extra for our readers. Consider this a small present for those, who have been with us the whole time. King James and the Cleveland Cavaliers Still Undefeated at Home »

After yesterday’s game LeBron James sat in one corner of Cleveland’s locker room soaking his sore feet in a tub full of ice. Like a boxer who just left the ring, he was hurting all over. The Houston Rockets gave him their best shot. “That,” James said, “was a heavyweight fight. It felt like a playoff game.” James scored 27 points – 18 in the second half- and made one of the defining defensive plays of his career by pinning Yao Ming’s shot against the backboard in the fourth quarter as the Cavaliers remained the NBA’s only undefeated team at home with a down-and-dirty 99-90 win Tuesday night. The Cavs are the first team to win their first 14 home games since Chicago and Orlando did it in 1995-96. Photos from the past few games after the jump.
