The Showcase: Nike LeBron XI “Miami Nights” Carbon

Some say that many of the Nike LeBron XI styles have been recycled from the LEBRON 9. This includes the presented Miami Nights colorway. Earlier today Nike posted how they’ve been pushing creative storytelling through less than conventional colorways. For LeBron James it means devotion to his hometown of Akron, his family, courage under pressure, and love for his new life in Miami… among others. The Miami Nights theme has been applied to the LEBRON 11 with extra attention to details. The Carbon finish on the Hyperposite was a great choice to bring these to life. The Pink details are spot on as well. The King has to wear a simplified version on-court. For once we got the better option so recycled or not… these are great. If they were PEs… well… you know the rest. Enjoy the detailed pics below.

    • I like Nike's commitment to the Think Pink initiative so I don't mind Pink details on my shoes. Usually their pink kicks are predominantly pink so using it as a supplementary color was a good move, IMHO.

Replacing it with Red like LeBron's PE would be too plain. Same old, same old.

      • While I think the red looks a bit better than the pink, I would prefer to have these have been the triple blacks of this year's shoe. I think replacing the pink accents with a silver to match the chrome would've been nicer.

        • It can't be triple black if there is white and so much silver. Not to mention the icy sole. The last triple black was the 9.

          • The anthracites fit into that collection just fine and they have silver on them.
