The newest colorway of the Nike LeBron X is the “Carbon” release. It drops today, December 1st and it’s one of the more simple colorways we’ve seen so far from the LeBron X. That’s not to say this is a lesser release, the Carbon drop is anything but that. Using shades of silver, black, and everything in between, Nike has made a pretty fantastic colorway and one that we’ll definitely see King James rock more on court. Officially a black/metallic silver-anthracite release, the LeBron X “Carbon” is named after the black mineral that when applied with pressure over time turns into diamonds. A mostly anthracite Hyperfuse upper is accented by silver on the Nike swoosh and tongue branding. A graphic of a black diamond with James’ number 6 in the middle can be found on the inside heel of each sneaker. The Black Diamond drops today at nikestore.com, Foot Locker, House of Hoops and other major Nike retailers for $180.
