Today marks the launch of the Nike LeBron X “What the MVP” edition. Too bad regular people won’t be able to get these, though. The only way to get a pair was through Nike’s Twitter RSVP, but I’ve just heard that someone, who won a pair came to late to pick it up and it was sold to someone else. That’s crazy! You can still try your luck on eBay, there are some folks who offer nearly a full size run, but that $3000+ asking price might scare you away. For the second year in a row I feel really disappointed with Nike’s action regarding the most significant release of the year, for a true LeBron James fan. Enjoy the new set of pics and a video review after the jump… hopefully this won’t make you like these even more.

Nike sucks!
yo they did the true Lebron fans dirty again on this after seeing the video i want them more u right Nike sucks we need to boycott
I know. I'm probably going to just save up money for a while and hope there are still some available when I get enough.
First you say Nike sucks. Then you agree with another poster that L fans were done dirty by Nike but you end by saying you're going to save up and buy a pair? Here's the question homey...
Is the problem you and the rest of the sneakerhead community or is it Nike? As I see it they playing all ya'll for a set of damn fools.
When cats be getting shot and jacked for their shoes you ever see Nike making any comments or doing anything to fix the problem? In my time we had the same problems with Jordans. The original Jordans. Not all this over hyped retro, spitzke etc BS. Now 20 something years later it's the same cycle just a different generation and now over way more than just Jordan's.
Ya'll need to wake up. Seriously.
As a collector, acquiring a pair is a priority. Now, ideally I would like to be able to purchase a pair at a fair price but Nike has destroyed that possibility. It's really quite simple.
Fair enough.
We should all enjoy these shoes! Damn it Nike?!?!
See the game for what it is. They've been doing this for at least 20 something plus years now. With Nike ending 2012 with a 12% increase to $6.5 Billion dollars in profit this isn't going to stop anytime soon. The players will change but the game won't and god forbid the next few years sees a surge in NBA talent.
Hey a kid on Ebay had a good idea, to id two pairs different, like funky colors and wear a shoe different colors on each foot. It wouldnt really be the same but a good try.
Lol, it would be a waste of money.
WTF language is this guy talking. giberish and dumbA$$. Seriously people talk like this? This makes me not want to even spend my cash on these shoes anymore.
