Nike LeBron X iD Miami Heat Playoffs Build by gentry187

Joining his Nike LeBron 9 iD “Miami Heat” build from last season, gentry187 of NikeTalk follows up with another Heat make up. This time it’s the Nike LeBron X iD. Labeled as the “Playoffs” edition this new LeBron X iD build features a predominantly Red upper with Yellow Nike swoosh and LeBron James’ signature logos. White midsole adds an additional pop while Black works the tongue, laces and the outsole. Even though King James wore 28 different colorways of the Nike LeBron X, where most of his shoes are PEs, none of them comes even close to this design in terms usage of the Miami Heat team colors. In fact, only the Carmex colorway uses Yellow! Would you like Nike Basketball to use more Yellow on LBJ’s Player Exclusive colorways for a truly Miami Heat look? Let us know in the comments below.

  • I'm sorry but I think these are ugly. The ones he made last season were dope though.

  • In my opinion, the LeBron X's in general were a fail. I still don't even have a pair, I liked some colorways but man.. Jason Petrie needs to come back, Leo Chang needs to go back to being KD's sneaker designer. That's how I feel, honestly.

    • I disagree. I loved the diamond/jewel concept that Nike had through the releases and some of the shoes I felt were amazing. I will say this, I thought the releases started a lot better than they finished. The Blue Diamonds and the Pressures are amazing. BTW, you would have to see the Pressures in person to really appreciate them. In photos they look rather plain but in person you see that the black upper actually has subtle red specks in it that really pop in the sunlight. They're probably my favorite colorway. I thought the Jades and the Area 72's were amazing also. The Christmas and Dunkman's were major disappointments but the PS Elites have been great also. I have 12 different colorways so obviously I'm a fan, lol.

  • From a performance perspective he did a great job, I have to give him that.
