Nike LeBron X Championship Pack Online Release Info

Earlier today, both Footlocker and nikestore.com announced release details for the upcoming Nike LeBron X Championship Pack. There are up to 10 different House of Hoops locations that will carry the LeBron James’ celebration pack this Saturday. Additionally, there will be some pairs available online at NDC. The shoes are scheduled to be released on August 10th at 8am ED for $500 (Twitter link only, limit 1 per customer). Just for a reminder… the Championship Pack consists of the two limited edition LeBron X kicks. The first is the red, black and gold PS ELITE version worn by King James in the NBA Finals and features a glossy red upper with subtle geometric palm-leaf graphics, a speckled midsole and gold Swoosh designs. The sock-liners are imprinted with “2-time champion” on the left and “11-12, 12-13” on the right. The Air Max LeBron X Low boasts a unique floral palm splatter print along with matte black accents and a glow-in-the-dark outsole. The shoes are packaged in a special double box, of course in championship gold, as well as two black and gold commemorative LeBron X shoe bags.

  • I can not believe my house of hoops is getting them! King of Prussia son! I'm soo pumped to possibly get them if I enter the raffle .

    • Good luck. I've always thought those raffles were rigged. The people who work there make sure their friends win and then they just split profits. I've entered a couple but never thought I actually had a chance in hell at winning. I think evidence of this is how sometimes you see a guy on ebay having like 10 different pairs and they're all legit. How'd he get that many you ask? I do too.

      • bro, I hear you. Do you think I could enter the raffle over the phone? Also, why don't they do the raffle in front of everyone on the day of release? that is rigged up! and the nike store way online is literally impossible.

        • Foreal man, only resellers get them, resellers that are not even lebron fans, and that are not even going to wear them like we would, I'm tired of all this raffle shit and twitter rsvp bullshit, online its even worst

          • bro, I am a true fan and have been screwed for some many releases. re-sellers are not sneaker heads...Think about it...if you had shoes like the ones from this pack...wouldn't you want to be seen wearing them?!

        • Here's how the raffle works: You will likely have Wednesday-to-Thursday (or to Friday at some stores so you should call the store to be certain) to go wait in line to get a raffle ticket. They will give you a raffle number/ticket and take down your name and phone number as well as ask for ID. They will then draw it one Friday afternoon after the store closes. If you win, they will call the number corresponding to the ticket they draw either on Friday night or Saturday morning and you'll have until a certain time on Saturday to pick up the shoes. When you come in, you'll have to provide the same ID as the one shown when you got the raffle. Just a heads up, go with some friends to pick up the shoes (if you win of course) because people get mugged left and right over these things.

As for why they do it behind closed doors, it's the same reason the NBA lottery is done that way, so they can rig it and nobody would know. I'm somewhat of a conspiracy theorist but I imagine if a store gets say 25 pairs, they'll legitimately draw 5 names to keep people thinking it's legit. Then the employees will all make sure their friends get pairs so they can split the profits on the resale.

As for the Internet, as you said, it's damn near impossible. Nike's servers are never capable of handling the traffic that floods them on release day so it becomes a joke.

          • Its a shame the chances of me getting the pack are the same odds of the pistons winning the championship next year. You think the 2013 finals were rigged? and I didn't cop the KD vi meteorology because they got illuminati triangle looking designs on them ...whats your take on that?

          • If anything, I think the NBA wanted the Spurs to win. LeBron James and Ray Allen hitting huge 3's at the end of game 6 were not in their plans and LeBron played out of his mind in game 7.

As for the Illuminati stuff, I think that's just "number 23" theory stuff. If you look for it, it's everywhere, but it's more coincidence than anything else. There are only so many shapes so it's not like there are many option. So people even think LeBron is in the Illuminati, lol.

          • yea man, I am really digging the xi's but I have ben looking to cop some older shoes like kobe v's and especially LeBron vii's. I miss those kinda shoes
