Nike LeBron 9 iD Preview vol. You won’t be able to make your own South Beach shoe

NIKE iD has just posted images of options and color previews for the Nike LeBron 9 iD, which is set to hit the online customizing site come October 11th, 2011. The shoe will be available for purchase on NIKEiD.com beginning October 25th. If the color options won’t change you won’t be able to make your own hot PE with colors inspired by South Beach, Chinas or your beloved HWC theme. From the looks of it you can change up the Flywire mesh panel, synthetic overlay wrap, Air unit, and also embed your personal iD characters at the heel. The first LeBron James signature shoe to make it to NIKEiD.com goes live in a few weeks, but are you still excited to design your own pair?

  • You don't know how happy I am that there is no South Beach colorway!!!!! Colors are perfect for me. I knew they were just gonna keep the colors basic. So my colorways are go!

    Blue/Orange HWC/Knicks
    Black/Yellow/Grey or Black/Yellow/Green Oregon Ducks
    Red/Black/White Portland Trailblazers

  • Rumor is this years South Beach colorway is going to be the Wolf Grey/Mint Candy/New Green colorway which is set as one of the $250 PS Elite shoes. If you google "Nike Mint Candy" and "Nike New Green" you can see the colors on other shoes under images

Yeah I wouldn't make a South Beach either, but I would like to see more options, cause that's the point of iD'ing a shoe, right?

Plus translucent outsole is a must!
