Miami in 6. Behind LeBron & Wade Heat Advance into East Finals

The individual brilliance of Dwyane Wade and LeBron James proved too much for the collective will of the Indiana Pacers. Miami’s dynamic duo combined for 69 points, including 41 from Wade, as the Heat closed out the Eastern Conference semifinal series with a 105-93 victory over Indiana in Game 6 Thursday night before a sellout crowd of 18,165 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Wade was the dominant force in the game, hitting 17 of 25 shots and adding 10 rebounds. James scored 10 of his 28 in the fourth quarter, including six in a row that put it away. The Heat now await the winner of the Celtics-Sixers series for the right to represent the East in the NBA Finals.
