Miami Heat Blowout Indiana Pacers, Take 2-1 Series Lead.

Finally, LeBron James’ teammates stepped up. Udonis Haslem (17 points), Mario Chalmers (14) and Chris Andersen (nine) combined for 40 points on 16-for-19 shooting as the Miami Heat put on a dominant performance in routing the Indiana Pacers 114-96 Sunday in Game 3 to take a 2-1 series lead in the Eastern finals. Miami put LeBron James right in the middle of the action. By moving James to the post, the Heat won the scoring battle in the paint, kept Indiana at arm’s length the whole way. When LeBron started pounding Paul George in single coverage in the post, it seemed like the Heat stumbled upon a cheat code. There’s just no way that George, at his weight, can defend LeBron when he gets position there on the left block. LeBron’s left-handed bank shot in the post was pretty much automatic.
