Kyrie Irving Turns Back the Clock and Goes Back to LeBron 8 V/2 Low

Kyrie Irving is currently watching NBA games on the sidelines due to the bicep injury he suffered a couple weeks back. It may be the end of the season for him because the Cleveland Cavaliers are currently 3 games behind the 8th seed… the Atlanta Hawks. Kyrie was mentioned here on this website long before his NBA career had begun. In 2010, he wore his own Player Exclusive version of the Nike LeBron 8 V/2 Low in Chris Paul’s All-Star Charity Pickup Game. This Friday he brought back the shoes during the warm up before the Brooklyn Nets game. Thanks to @geminikeez we get a couple of new detailed shots. In my opinion, this is the nicest colorway for what’s for me the most successful Nike LeBron low-top ever.

  • This LeBron 8 PE is indeed a sick colorway.

Two years ago a for-sale video for the same PE in a size 13 made it's way to youtube. The dude selling the PE's was a friend of Kyrie's and was given a pair. I tried to buy them for the collection but was an hour too late, they were already sold. Sad day indeed because I thought these were a 1 of 1. Apparently Nike had given Kyrie more than one pair so maybe I will have another chance of buying a pair.

These and those orange Dolphin PE's are the best LeBron 8 Low's out there.
