King James Style – Driving Ferrari to Pick Up NBA MVP Award

Earlier this week LeBron James was named NBA’s MVP. The announcement of the award was held in the very gym where he first made his name – St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron. Making the trip to the ceremony a memorable one, James took his Ferrari (more on that later) and cruised by his hometown’s backstreets. What a way to go back to his alma mater… in a Ferrari to collect your MVP award – life is good when you’re The King! When accepting the award LBJ was surrounded by all of his teammates, family, and closest friends. He made it very clear that even though it’s a personal award, it was the whole team’s effort that made it possible. He joked, “If you’ve ever seen the movie Friday, it’s like it’s going to be like the both of ours, but I’m gonna keep it at my house. That’s what it really is. It’s me and my teammates, but I’m gonna keep it at my house.” Back to the car… LBJ’s F430 Spider is not a regular Ferrari. Actually none of their cars are common, but this one has been customized exclusively for Mr. James. So sit back and enjoy this extra footage from the coronation, including photos and a special video featuring this sweet ride. The personalizations, performed by Unique Autosports, involved head wrists, interior, floor mats, chrome branding on the back of the vehicle and rims. Special thanks to CavFanatic members Pam a Lamb and Tommy C.

  • His car is fresh and so is the others man wish I couldve been there to see the team and the cars in person

  • Logos look great but they shouldn't really touch the sound system and wheels. Those will only add more weights to the car and SLOW it down. I know they look great, but it is really bad to increase the wheel size up to 20+...

  • its a ferrari you wont slow it down much and i bet those rims are forged so that means lighter and thus the car isnt being slowed down.
