LeBron James nearly matched his playoff career high with 45 points, as the Miami Heat ran away from the Boston Celtics with a 98-79 win in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals. With the victory, Miami has forced a winner-take-all Game 7 back in Miami on Saturday night, with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line. The reigning league MVP made sure of there would be a Game 7, playing at another level against Boston by scoring 30 of his 45 points in the first half on an array of tough baskets from all over the floor. We just witnessed his best ever. Elimination game. On the road. In Boston. Was it better than the Detroit game? Arguably. Considering the stakes, it’s hard to top this one. Like a wrecking ball ablaze, there was no stopping LeBron. He nailed 3-point heaves, layups, runners, putback dunks, you name it. The unrivaled talent was on display for the world to see.The sensational start helped Miami sprint out to an early double-digit lead and they never looked back from there.

What I liked most about this was his demeanor throughout the game. I mean right from the start he had that scowl in his face. There was absolutely no show of emotion save for that technical he had when he got angry that he fumbled the ball. Not once did I see him smile when he scored. All I saw was pure focus and a burning desire to win. I hope that this is the LeBron that we'll see in game 7 and beyond if they win. He better not smile till he hoists that Larry O'Brien trophy.
Totally agree with you.
Yes, that is called being in the zone...

Actually game recaps are coming from nba.com or espn.com. I simply take pride in selecting best quotes :)
