The Soldier 8 has become famous thanks to the Flyease adaption of its wraparound zipper foot entering system. The Soldier 9 is not that easy to deal with. The double strapped construction takes more patience, but the lockdown is simply amazing so it’s really worth the trouble. Add other things like two Zoom Air units and decoupled rubber pods and you get the whole package. I got a pair as street shoes. I get the black soldiers every year. They match everything I wear, are crazy comfortable, and are way cheaper then his annual primary signature shoe.
think I'll get these, the last Solider shoes any good were the Solider 6 (2012) IMO. Black is the best color for any street shoe
