Another Look at Nike LeBron X Crown Jewel fit for His Majesty

The dust has settled and we can reflect on the launch of the Nike LeBron X. Unfortunately the story has once again repeated itself. The new King James shoes are very hard to get. The main theme for the LeBron 10 are diamonds. As Nike describes “the similarities between the diamond and LeBron James go deep. They’re both multidimensional. Strong. Forged by heat and pressure and then chiseled and polished into coveted gems.” There’s one more common denominator… The price. Right now the only chance to get these shoes is from re-sellers, but it won’t be easy as the asking price for the Crown Jewels is between $800-1200. Nike selected an amazing shoe for the launch of the LeBron X. Lucky those who got it for retail. Continue reading for a detailed look at Fireberrys.

    • When you release only a couple hundred there's no such thing as too much $$$ and Nike knows that. But I feel you... there's no way we can keep this going like this.

      • yeah I'm actually stepping back a little from Nike because of that. I mean it used to be that money was your only issue when it came to shoes back in the day but now it's prices, quantity, resellers and the list goes on so it's just becoming too much for me now

    • The price is high but for the quality of the shoes, technology included, and loss in value of the dollar it's really not all that ridiculous. What is a joke, however, is Nike's constant catering to resellers. Nike needs to realize that the demand for rare shoes is only so much because the people interested isn't a lot. Therefore, by doing this with every single pair they're resorting to flooding ebay with resellers who can't move product because people can't afford it. There's still several champions packs in ebay because there aren't enough people willing to throw down that amount of money.

  • The are awesome but I'm gonna do everything in my power to
get LeBron X + USA for retail price.

  • I wonder what the Lebron X South Beach shoe will look like. One thing for sure the line will be much longer then it was for the crown jewel.

  • Lucky for me, I thought these were ugly but if Nike does this crap for the LeBron X+ USA I'm done. This is starting to get ridiculous.
