Yesterday we posted a comparison between Miami Hurricanes Home Player Exclusive and General Release styles. The PE comes with the Canes’ logo on the tongue while the releasing version sports the LeBron James signature. The rest is the same, of course. Dressed to match the Hurricanes’ home basketball uniforms, this particular pair features their native team colors of White, Green and Orange. Orange accents really make them stand out starting with laces through Swoosh outline, 180 heel Air bag, pulltab, insole ending on the sole with the Orange LJ logo and carbon fiber plate. The Miami Hurricanes Nike LeBron 9 is expected to release soon, but no exact information is available right now. I will keep you posted once anything solid comes up. Does lack of the school’s logo decrease or increase your desire to grab a pair?

I know it's getting crazy.. I don't really like the cannons because of the orange but with this one I don't mind it at all.. The catalog pics are horrible though lol. They don't even look orange. I'm not buying many 9's, (2 iD's, maybe the home version). I'm waiting for the lows and to see what the p.s elites look like.. I wonder which one will the dunkman fall under? And does anyone know why they are calling the home 9's scarface? I don't get it.
It's supposed to look like the poster from the movie, but I don't get it either :)

Inspired is the wrong word here. I think that Jason was reluctant to call them this way during the live chat. He knew about the nickname, but didn't call it out.
Yeah the Home 9s really have nothing to do with Scarface. Most of the nicknames of shoes are just made up by someone and everyone just jumps on the bandwagon!
