Upcoming Nike Air Max LeBron VII Woven aka “Red Carpet”

One of the colorways presented at the Media Summit in Akron was the White/Black/Aqua version aka “Red Carpet,” which caused quite a stir. Rumor has it they are gonna drop shortly before the global premiere of the initial version, but things are not set in stone just yet. Actually, it is the same colorway, which we used to announce the real Nike Air Max LeBron VII back in July. The Woven version is called Red Carpet, which is a a nod towards LeBron’s celebrity lifestyle. Both colorway and materials used on this shoe reflect that part of his life. There’s not much red on it, but the overall experience is nice. In our opinion the VII is more of a basketball type of a shoe (looks-wise), opposed to the VI, but with the right colors placement… they can become casual friendly. So, which version are you looking forward to the most? Initial Black/White/Red, Black/Gold, White/Navy, one of the MTAG’s, or the one below?

  • Well I already have a pair of the DC MTAG's and of course I can't wait for the White/Black/Red pair, but these are definately my favorite colorway so far. I look forward to seeing more colorways that don't have the patent leather toe

  • Is there any news on when these might be coming out? Or if they are a general release or quickstrike?
