In 2007, Nike wasn’t ready for LeBron James’ appearance in the NBA Finals. Seems like King James and the Cleveland Cavaliers weren’t prepared as well due to some serious broom action applied by the San Antonio Spurs’. Even though it took only four games to dispatch the Cavs, LeBron, being Nike’s marquee athlete, needed some recognition on his shoes. The Swoosh came up two special make ups for the Finals. They took LeBron’s first post season shoe – Zoom Soldier – in Cleveland’s Home White&Gold colors and added some stitching around the collar saying “WITNESS” & “FINALS 2007”.
