It’s a very bold move to release 3 different sneakers in one basketball season. However, if you’re doing something well, it doesn’t feel unwanted at all. On the contrary… it feels right. Not only we’re getting 3 versions of the Nike LeBron 8 – V1, V2, and P.S. – but they’re not your usual let’s change the material on the upper and call it a day shoes. While the V1 and V2 share the midsole, the Post Season model offers a 180 turnaround. Literally! The 360 degree Air Max cushioning has been replaced here in favor of probably the biggest 180 Air Max unit in the heel and Zoom Air in the forefoot. Additionally, Hyperfuse mesh panel on the upper makes them lighter than before. The end result is very nice, but more on that later this week. Remember, we’re not saying the 8 P.S. is the best out of the “big three”, because it’s your job to check out which one suits your playing style.
