I hope all of our readers know this by know, but when you’re reading release information on Footlocker’s official blog please remember that most of their stuff presents sample models. The same rule applies here. They have just posted new images featuring the upcoming Black/White/Red version of the Air Max LeBron VIII, but their model is a sample. Notice that the L23 logo is still present, when even the latest colorways of the Soldier IV have upgraded to the Lionhead insignia. Also, the Samples have Gold details including the previously mentioned L23 logo. At least the date has been confirmed as the launch colorway will be released on 10/26.

That is sad that this sample is way better than the GR version that we will see. I love the red along the carbon fiber and the gold hits just set off the whole shoe!
I wonder why we haven't seen or heard anything about the Blue/Orange/White pair yet? I wonder where SoleCollector got their info on this pair?
