Now it really is “now or never” for LeBron James and the Miami Heat. Dirk Nowitzki scored 29 points, driving for the go-ahead dunk with 2:45 remaining, and the Mavericks beat the Heat 112-103 on Thursday night to take a 3-2 lead in the 2011 NBA Finals. James, who called this game “now or never,” responded from his worst playoff performance with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, and Dwyane Wade battled through a sore left hip after a first-quarter collision to finish with 23 points. LeBron’s shot was off early, but he actively looked to put pressure on Dallas’ defense, had a triple-double and had four assists in the fourth quarter for the Heat, many of them leading to layups. Unfortunately, LeBron had a back-breaking charge and missed 3 in crunch time, and his first fourth-quarter points in two games came in what was essentially garbage time. They really do need to win both games in Miami now. Go Heat!

LBJ gets a triple double but it wasn't enough... He needs to be the LBJ of old not the pass first guy he is appearing in these finals! Get the swag game on man and win game 6 and 7 so you can silence the HATER's! GO HEAT and go BRON!!!
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.....
LeBron got fouled it was not a charge...Tyson was in the restricted area. Oh well what's done is done. And LeBron is an inconsistence shooter so I'm not worried much. Overall he did good. Anyways, there is a change of plans. Heat in 7. Good Luck LeBron & Heat. We know you can do this!
battle is not yet over! lebron do your best to win the championship!win or lose im your number one fan! go heat beat dallas in game6 and game7 get the ring!
@rodolfo
Chandler had one foot on the line and Lebron caught the ball in the paint, so it wasnt a blocking foul. According to what JVG said on national tv; I'll take his word for it.
Miami has to figure out how to get Lebron more involved, he's being way too tentative. Deferring to Wade does not mean he has to be tentative. However, with the way the Mavs were shooting, I'm not sure it really mattered. They put on a offensive clinic: great shots and few turnovers.

I hope that the Heat win, but at the same time I think that Dirk deserves a ring, and this is probably his last chance... So I'm just hoping for a classic 7 game series.
Ah, I guess your right. LeBron needs to practice his usual jumpshot for game 6 and 7![quote

We need that LeBron from the cleveland days to win it all.
Mavs played all cylinders straight up! 13/19 TREYS? CLINIC! Miami played good though, LeBron had a triple double...Its not as easy as all of the idiots think that LeBron is inhuman taking shots inside the paint or attacking the paint (thats the reason he had to be a playmaker = TRIPLE DOUBLE)... He had 2 defenders on him which make it difficult for him to drive in to the paint... Shooting threat can help LeBron open up that paint... Wade was doin good attacking the basket.. Chalmers and Miller stepped up... CLOSING GAMES IS A BIG ISSUE FOR MIAMI...Game 6 or possible 7 HUMILIATION OR TRIUMPHANT for MIAMI...
Can't blame LeBron though triple double is not enough, we all know what lebron's game. Though I probably wanted a lebron scoring 30+ with no assist than a lebron scoring 10+ with 10+ assists. The heat heavily needed LeBron's driving offense which punishes the defense of the mavs esp. the bigs which can help him score at the line. In game 3, the defense kinda sug a little making lebron and wade drive in the lane because bigs of dallas had a hard time to defend cause of foul trouble. Now survive in game 6 and slug it in 7. Better win it LeBron or else critics will celebrate..hard to say but that's the reality.
Hey guys, I'm going to be real here. I seriously think LeBron is doing this on purpose. He most likely wants the Cleveland fans to get their hopes up and hope for them to lose. I mean c'mon, he played good in the home games all of a sudden he plays bad....Na I don't believe they are losing while actually trying. Heat in 7!
