It’s not going to be the preview we’ve all been hoping for but here it is. Consider this the first official piece of information regarding the Nike LeBron 14.
Earlier this week ESPN’s Dave McMenamin reported that James was warming up in an all-black pair of LeBron 14’s but removed them before reporters could come in and take photos.
“LeBron James wore an all black pair of the yet-to-be-released Nike LeBron 14 to shootaround Thursday but took them off before talking to the press so reporters couldn’t snap photos of them. They don’t look like the images that leaked in August at all. James let ESPN.com inspect them, as long as we promised not to take a photo, and they are very sharp. One clue to what to expect when they drop in January: strap.”
Based on the practice footage. The strap is indeed in play. The hex-zoom setup is still here. And they seem lower than usual. That’s it for now. Stay tuned for more.

It's about time! I'm excited, though I cant make much of this sneak peek. I'm also not sure how I feel about the Hex Zoom outsole.
Already better than the 13's
At least the Hex Zoom come in larger units. Really hope you can actually feel them. Last GREAT performing LeBron was the XI, apart from them being so uncomfortable at first due to all the 'posite.
