The Golden State Warriors withstood another brilliant performance from LeBron James and outlasted the Cleveland Cavaliers 104-91 on Sunday night for a 3-2 lead in the NBA Finals. Stephen Curry made seven 3-pointers and scored 37 points, including 17 in the fourth, to lead the Warriors, but it was again Andre Iguodala, who’s been the x-factor in the last couple games and seems like the MVP for the Dubs right now.
Despite being down 3-2 LeBron James is still confident that he can help turnaround the series… “I feel confident because I’m the best player in the world,” James said following his 40-point, 14-rebound and 11-assist performance for his second triple-double of the series. “It’s that simple.” The four-time MVP is averaging 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.8 rebounds in the 2015 NBA Finals.
The King laced up the “23 Chromosomes” version of the Nike LeBron 12, which unlike the GR version comes with a Cavs’ colored posite overlay. It’s not the first time we’re seeing him wearing this pair. He unveiled them back in March versus the Milwaukee Bucks.
