With no special Xmas kicks (or even jerseys) for their signature players, sneakerheads had to be satisfied with something else for Christmas Day match ups. Just to remind everyone… Nike is no longer doing Christmas, All-Star and Easter packs because they assumed fans were bore with them. While Easter and maybe Christmas are relatively easy to say goodbye to, the lack of the All-Star theme is blasphemous to me. But that’s my personal opinion.
Nike did in fact design some Xmas colorways for yesterday and this includes LeBrons, but not the 15s. Jae Crowder laced up the Nike Soldier XI in Xmas colors and J.R. Smith went through three different pairs of shoes. He started in Kobe A.D. Mid Xmas PE, switched into Soldier 11 Xmas PE like Jae, and ended up wearing the LeBron 15 Black/Gum. Seems like LeBron James ain’t the only one with sneaker problems. What’s up with that?!
