LeBron’s Elite version of his 12th signature shoe is about to make its debut soon, but the next iteration of the Nike Soldier series has been finally unveiled too. Id did take longer than usual, though, I guess Nike is much better at keeping secrets these days. The Zoom Soldier IX keeps the trademark velcro stap system present, but this time with a new midfoot and ankle wraparound. Aesthetically, the Soldier 9 borrows from the LeBron 12 imitating the posite panels on the lateral side and even that small outsole “tooth” on the medial side. Nike put a big Swoosh on the side while adding Nike LeBron logos on the sole and on the lower strap. Based on the first pictures posted below it seems the new Soldiers got a higher cut, which should result in better support. Stay tuned for more info.
