Here’s the very first look at LeBron James’ low-top version of his tenth signature shoe Asia exclusive Zoom Low ST II sneakers. Compared to the Mid version of the LeBron X, the Nike LeBron ST II Low doesn’t feature the reverse Swoosh nor the Zoom Max cushioning. Actually only the Hyperfuse panels and the new LeBron logo on the tongue connect these with the Mids. Compared to the previous low-tops it doesn’t feature the visible 360 Air Max cushioning either, however, we get a glance at an Air Max unit through the bottom of the shoe.

These look like garbage. I definitely don't intend on getting any of the lows.

This can not be the real lows, I hope not. They do not look good at all..
These are not the 10 lows!! They are the Lebron 10 ST lows that release in Europe exclusively. Where are people getting this info. Sneakernews posted the same bullshit.
