“Vino” Nike LeBron 15 Said to Remain as Asia Exclusive »

Almost two weeks ago LeBron James took it to Instagram after debuting the Vino colorway of the Nike LeBron 15 and said “Would anyone like a glass of Vino? You’re welcome!” He’s not over-doing his sneakers on social media this year compared to the 14s, for example. He’s only mentioned the Equality colorway on season opener, which was kind of a big deal, and this new Vino edition.

However, the aforementioned shoe is said to be released only in the Asia/Pacific region (already launched on Nov. 11). Now this is weird… even for me. What’s the point of promoting the only version that’s not going to be released stateside for his “local” fans?! I’m not into sneaker politics… brands do weird things all the time, but this seems strange.

Anyway, I still believe that all the LeBron 15 colorways are solid so far and Nike will definitely take care of us this season with plenty of nice options. Especially with the upcoming LeBron Watch initiative… whenever that’s going to kick in.

Right not the only way to get the “Vino” LeBron XV is to order overseas, but stay tuned for more updates. We will definitely let you know if anything changes on this matter.
