LeBron 14 "Out of Nowhere" Costs $225 and Still Won’t Be Easy to Buy »

It’s not been an easy season for Nike LeBron heads. We’re past the halfway mark of the NBA season and still no Nike LeBron 14. The Chasedown colorway has been postponed to February 10th. Nike made us thirsty with the Air Zoom Generation Retro that was very, very limited and in reality most of us didn’t stand a chance to get a pair.

Now with the Out of Nowhere version of the LeBron XIV that was finally confirmed to be released to public more bad news have emerged. The retail price for this colorway is $225 compared to $175 for the basic model. The availability will be very limited and based on Footlocker’s launch locator it is similar to the AZG Retros. It’s still possible there will be more pairs, but apparently Nike is trying the old “let’s make everything limited” tricks on us.

I really hope Nike will make up for this with future colorways.
