The Showcase: Nike LeBron XI Akron versus Miami. Part One. »

With today’s release of the Miami vs. Akron colorway of the Nike LeBron XI, don’t worry you can still find them everywhere(!), we take a closer look at part one of the story. The Akron vs. Miami is predominantly based off LeBron James’ place of birth therefore the industry inspired shades of blue are here to represent Akron’s working-class and blue-collar roots. That humble Orange / Pink highlights take the center stage in part two where the power shifts to Miami. I think more styles should have storytelling like this because calling these kicks Brave Blue or Atomic Orange simply does not cut it. Enjoy the detailed look below.
