Throwback Thursday: Nike Zoom Soldier “Desert Storm” PE »

The first installement of the Soldier series has been “militarized” in many ways. It all started with the release of the “Sole-dier” edition, a collab shoe between the Swoosh and Sole Collector. Nike didn’t stop there, though. They made many more shoes, which would have been suitable for army men. The best case and point example is the presented below “Desert Storm” sample colorway of the Nike Zoom Soldier. The first Soldier will be always remembered for accompanying LeBron James during his first ever trip to the NBA Finals. I really regret Nike didn’t pull the trigger with these back in 2007, especially with the House of Hoops emerging as a new outlet for limited kicks. The Wheat Camo make up of the ZS1 was seen for the first and only time on wallpaper shots, but they have been recently unveiled thanks to one of ultimate Nike LeBron collectors – gettinit247. Ejony the pics.
