Final version of sneakers are usually different from the early stage samples, often seen via catalog pics. It happens all the time. While we know there was a big change regarding the design of the ZL6 Low, we’ve been able to track some minor tweaks of the Solder III. Apart from shaping up, the final version has #2 next to the top eyelet (lateral side) and #3 on the medial side. Samples featured #3 on the outside. Also, instead of ZOOM the outsole under the toebox reads LEBRON now. The tongue seems to be a bit shorter, but the rest has not changed, even the outsole has stayed the same. Click ‘Read the rest of this entry’ link to see both models. UPDATE: There is a third, final version, which has a different sole (red flex grooves) and the toe rand is longer as it reaches the midsole. New pics after the jump. Thanks to LE23RON.
