Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier VI (6) – Team Banks (Fall 2012) »

Following the unveiling of LeBron James’ signature colorways from yesterday are several Team Bank styles of the Nike Zoom Soldier VI. Signature make ups are usually the ones to draw attention among sneakerheads, but TBs are much more important for college and high school basketball players. Of course all technical aspects of TBs and non-TBs are the same as they both feature Zoom Air cushioning, Hyperfuse construction, and LBJ’s new logos. These are only catalog images so the real product might still differ in small details, but the general design is not expected to change.

Nike Max Soldier V (5) TB Green/White/Grey Actual Photos »

Last week we presented a bunch of new Nike Max Soldier V colorways including Team Bank and Supreme editions. Today, instead of catalog images, we take a closer look at some actual photos presenting the Green/White/Grey Team Bank style. The Soldier 5 construction is similar to the Zoom Soldier 4, the midsole has stayed the same, but the biggest change is on the upper, of course. This new ankle strap construction integrates with eye-stay for better lockdown.

Wearing Brons – NBA Regular Season Kicks Report – Zoom Soldier IV »

Two season ago the Cleveland Cavaliers started a tradition where LeBron James’ teammates were sporting his Team shoes. Last year, they even switched to the signature line for the Playoffs… similar to what LBJ’s new teamates from the Miami Heat have been doing this year. Apart from the 8′s, some of Heat players have been wearing LeBron’s current team shoe – the Zoom Soldier IV. Big Z even had a special Christmas day make up for their big game against with the Lakers. James Jones rocked all possible colorways, but many other players in the NBA have been spotted with the Soldiers on their feet as well. Continue reading for the full gallery.

First Look: Nike Max LeBron Soldier V (5) White/Black/Royal »

Following the success of previous installments from the Soldier line, LeBron’s playoff turned team shoe, Nike is slowly preparing us for the fifth version. Similar to the Zoom Soldier IV, the ZSV will feature a Zoom Air / Max Air cushioning setup. Actually, the midsole is almost identical as most of the changes were made on the upper. The biggest news are heavy perforations on both lateral and medial sides of the shoe. Also, the strap has shifted from its midfoot position and it’s currently more of an ankle wraparound system. Personalize your LeBrons: Zoom Soldier IV TB available at Nike iD »

When I first heard the news about the new Soldiers landing at the Nike iD platform I got very excited. Jumping over the hoops to get all these limited colorways can make you wonder and hope for a possibility to make you own shoe. It’s not the first time we get to personalize Nike LeBron sneakers. Two years ago, Eastbay did offer to put your own number on the Zoom Soldier II TBs. Too bad things haven’t changed much since then. Nike iD is listing the Zoom Soldier IV TB at nikeid.nike.com, but the changes we are allowed to make are minor. First, we get to choose one of the TB’s as the base shoe. Then we get to enter two iD’s for the medial and lateral sides. That’s about it folks, at least for now. Hopefully the customization level will turn up a notch soon.

Closer Look: Nike Zoom Soldier IV TB Grey/Blue & Grey/Red »

Seems like there won’t be any 100% Zoom Air based shoes from the Nike LeBron line anytime soon. After the VII using the 360 Air Max cushioning, and the Soldier IV also accommodating the Air Max in the heel, the 7 P.S. was the only thing keeping hopes of Zoom Air fans alive. Today’s news mentioned about the 8 P.S. going Max Air as well, so the whole line up for the upcoming season will be Zoom-less… even the Ambassador 3.0.
That’s not necessary a bad thing, because, for example, the Zoom Soldier IV, which is a Zoom Air/Max Air combo, handles itself very well on the basketball court. I would even say it still feels like a Zoom Soldier shoe despite the new configuration. Several signature colorways (six to be exact) of the ZSIV have been already released to public. Additionally, various Team Bank styles are available at eastbay.com and nikestore.com. The two presented below are very similar to the “Cool Grey” pack of the Air Max LeBron VII. So far we’re only missing the Orange colorway.

Zoom Soldier IV TB (Team Bank) – 407630-001 – Actual Photos »

The recently released Playoff turned Team Basektball shoe from Nike LeBron – the Zoom Soldier IV – is available in various TB colorways at both eastbay.com and nikestore.com. There’s plenty to choose from, but my personal favorites are the predominantly white and black styles. The presented below Black, White and Silver ZSIV is definitely nice to look at. Nike Zoom Soldier IV TB – White/Orange/Grey – Sample Photos »

Various Team Bank colorways of the Nike Zoom Soldier IV have been recently released by Nike. Most of them are available at eastbay.com, but the presented White and Orange make up is not there. The shoe pictured below is a sample therefore sample versions of the logos are present on the tongue and on the back of the shoe. A General Release edition should be available soon so keep your eyes peeled.
