King James Debuts LeBron 9 Lows On-court, Jay-Z Mangos. »

Until last Friday LeBron James had never worn any Ambassadors in an actual NBA game. Until yesterday he had never worn any low-tops either. Yesterday was the first time for LBJ to wear a low-top version of his own signature shoe. The Nike LeBron 9 Low debuted on Easter in two casual colorways, but LeBron debuted a Miami Heat-esque colorway in Black and Red. We profiled this exact version in detail last week. Rolling his ankle in the third quarter seemed scary at first, but fortunately the injury wasn’t too severe. LeBron wasn’t the only one with nice kicks. Jay-Z and DJ Clark Kent, who sat court-side, also sported James’ signature shoes… Mango 9′s and unreleased HWC 8′s, respectively.

Release Reminder: Nike LeBron 9 “Mango” (469764-005) »

Unlike Griffeys and especially the Dunkman colorway the Mango style is a completely new look for LeBron James and his signature collection. The shoe features a black and metallic silver upper highlighted with vibrant mango on the outsole, inside lining, the swoosh, and a speckle print on the midsole. According to @nikestore twitter account, which you should definitely follow for live links tonight, the Mango is the most limited among the three. Upcoming Nike LeBron 9 “Bright Mango” (March 2nd) »

February has been a very busy month with numerous releases including the All-star Game collection, but there’s no time for any breaks just yet. This week Nike is set to release 3 new colorways of the Nike LeBron 9: Dunkman, Griffey and the presented Mango styles. There have been more than enough colorways based on orange this year, but this one features a slightly different shade. Despite Nike has already hinted them to be somewhat limited they are still expected to be widely available. There’s even plenty on eBay right now.

New Pics: Upcoming Nike LeBron 9 “Mango” Slated for March 2nd »

The Metallic Silver/Metallic Silver-Bright Mango colorway of the Nike LeBron 9 has been confirmed for a March 2nd drop, however, we’ve only had one decent look thus far. The “Mango” is just another version featuring the popular orange shade joining Chinas, Hurricanes, Cannons, and of course the Galaxys. Is this gonna be your favorite though? This is definitely a nice design combining Silver and Black on the upper with contrasting Mango details. The speckled midsole is just a bonus. Check out these new detailed pics below. Upcoming LeBron 9 Ofiicial Release Dates: Cool Grey, Mango, Dunkman, Griffey »

Nike has announced official release dates for the upcoming Nike LeBron 9 shoes. The Cool Greys will drop next month, but three more colorways will be released in March. I’m sure most of you would like to know any release details for the anticipated All-Star Exclusive aka “Galaxy“, but there’s no information available at this point.
