LeBron James’ signature Dunkman pose makes a comeback with the Nike LeBron XI Low next month. The Men’s version of the LeBron 11 Low uses the LeBron 9 outsole, but the Kids’ version still uses the LeBron 8 V/2 outsole. Other than that the Grade School edition is pretty much the same as adult’s… even in the presented Dunkman colorway.Read the rest of this entry »
The Nike Basketball Elite “Team Collection” arrives in exactly one week. This includes the Men’s LEBRON 11 ELITE TEAM, which is a new construction featuring a lower cut and new articulated external cage for added support. Kids will get a new version too, however, there’s no Elite option for the LeBron 11 GS and as usual it’s just a new colorway that looks like Men’s Elites. The Nike LeBron XI GS in the Wolf Grey colorway with Camo details drops alongside the Men’s style next Saturday for $140. Do you prefer this look on regular 11′s based on the Grade School version below or the Men’s Elite?

I know Kids’ shoes are all about colors and fun. But the latest creation from Nike Basketball may injure your little one’s eyes. The new Volt and Orange colorway of the Nike LeBron XI Low is probably the brightest pair of shoes I’ve ever seen and it should come out with a pair of sunglasses for safety. These should come out in the upcoming weeks in Grade School sizes. I know this a general wondering, but why all the shoes have to be so bright these days?!? Last year there were 11 colorways of the LeBron X Low and apart from the USAB version the rest had at least one bright hue popping out hard.Read the rest of this entry »
Last year, Nike created the Superhero pack for their marquee athletes – Kobe, KD, and LeBron – which resulted in special colorways of their signature sneakers. Turns out we can expect a similar move for this year’s Elite series. This solves the mystery of the special logo on the tongue of the Crimson / Teal colorway of the Nike LeBron 11 Elite. Durant’s Nike KD VI Elite features a very similar emblem. However, there are no Elite variants for Kids, therefore the same Crimson and Teal make up has been applied onto the Grade School version of the regular LeBron XI as seen below. It’s probably the right thing to do because imagine Kids paying $200-ish for a pair of basketball shoes. That wouldn’t be right.Read the rest of this entry »
Similar to the T-Rex pair, Nike releases a new version of the Nike LeBron XI in Grade School, Pre School, Toddler and Infant sizes without a Men’s counterpart. This new young athlete exclusive LEBRON 11 Laser Crimson collection draws inspiration from King James’ favorite fruit-flavored cereal… Fruity Pebbles. The eye-popping Laser Crimson upper, Total Orange laces and Pink Flash liner carry the zesty theme throughout the shoe with the multi-colored outsole topping it off. The shoes are available now at nikestore.com.

It’s been over a week since we got a sneak peek at the All-Star edition of the Nike LeBron XI. From what I saw, other sneaker sites are still playing it safe and calling them simply the Glow in the Dark edition. For what it’s worth my sources have already confirmed these to be the new Allstar kicks and the colorway matches too: 647780-735 Cashmere/Green Glow-Purple Dynasty. This time we get a look at the Kids’ version, but fortunately we get to see more details including that GITD option and the insole tag, which says Gumbo – a dish that originated in southern Louisiana during the 18th century.Read the rest of this entry »
Here’s one of the latest Nike LeBron 11 styles presented as the Grade School version. It sort of draws from the popular Red Carpet colorway, which was introduced for the Air Max LeBron VII… minus the white wraparound, obviously. It’s still unclear if this new Black, Mint and Red version of the LeBron XI GS will get a Men’s counterpart, but do let us know if that’s something you’d consider to get. Stay tuned for updates on all LeBron 11 styles as we’re getting closer to the unveiling of several 2014 colorways.Read the rest of this entry »
