LeBron 9 Low Samples – Easter, Cyber, Hornets – Heel Pull Tab »

There are tons of new styles of the LeBron 9 Lows coming out very soon, but the two available right now are Easter and Cyber. If you don’t like loud colorways like Bubblicious, Hornets, or even Liverpool the first two offer a much calmer look. They’re available at nikestore.com (worldwide) and eastbay.com, but the latter listed sample models on their website. The difference between these early samples and the production model are minor so it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Pretty much the only difference is the heel pull tab on the back of the shoe. In my opinion, the shoes look better without it so once again Nike made the right call. Head over to the gallery to compare with actual pairs.

Available Now: Nike LeBron 9 Low “Obsidian / Cyber” »

Last week, in order to celebrate Easter, Nike released a special Mint Candy-themed colorway of the Nike LeBron 9 Low. It was the debut of LeBron James’ low-top version for the current year. Joining the Easters is this second style labeled as Obsidian/Cyber-White-Blue Grey. You can find them at select Nike Basketball retailers including nikestore.com (U.S., Europe) and eastbay.com. If you do go through Eastbay have in mind their catalog images present the sample version. The actual production model doesn’t feature the hell pull tab. Detailed Look at Nike LeBron 9 Low “Obsidian / Cyber / Blue Grey” »

The first LeBron 9 Lows are ready to hit retail. The new low-tops look very promising so far. The color options that are coming down the pipeline are pretty awesome too. Getting things started is this obsidian-based pair. It features a highly-breathable Hyperfuse upper. Vibrant hits of Cyber are used for the details. White works the midsole, while Blue Grey highlights the laces, lining, full-length Max Air bag and outsole. What do you guys think about these? Upcoming Nike LeBron 9 Low “Obsidian/Cyber-White-Blue Grey” »

The Nike LeBron 9 Low is set to make its debut very soon as the first colorway – the Nike LeBron 9 Low “Easter” – is scheduled to drop on April 6th, 2012. The presented “Cyber” colorway is also set to release this Spring, however, the exact date is still unknown. The Obsidian/Cyber-White-Blue Grey Nike LeBron 9 Low features an Obsidian hyperfuse upper with Cyber details on the Swoosh, the tongue, the lockdown tab, and the logos. The outsole, laces and inside lining is Grey with White being used to separate the color blocking. Sneak Peek: Nike LeBron 9 Lows “Cyber” and “Entourage” »

There are about 10 different colorways of the Nike LeBron 9 Low scheduled to drop in the upcoming months. So far we’ve seen only two of them – Easter and White/Black – in real photos. Fortunately we are closer to the release and some new photos have surfaced the blogosphere… or in this case twitter to be exact. The new photos feature the Obsidian/Cyber-White-Blue Grey and the “Entourage” look-a-like (which simply means Royal Blue/Yellow) styles. Photos via @jose_STFU.
