Releasing Now: Nike LeBron 9 “Black/Black-Anthracite” »

We’re still in this crazy mode when pretty much every week marks a new Nike LeBron 9 drops. Today, is the official release of the Black/Black-Anthracite colorway aka “Triple Black“. They’ve been all over eBay for days, but now you can cop them from your favorite website at nikestore.com. The shoes are completely black with the exception of the 3M swoosh, which lights up when hit with direct light. Upcoming Nike LeBron 9 “Triple Black” – New Photos »

According to the release dates the upcoming Triple Black version of the Nike LeBron 9 is slated for Novermber 23rd, 2011. That’s still the official date for them. However, if you browse through ebay you’ll see tons of all black Nines available early. The best thing is they’re usually listed below retail so you can scoop them for cheap. I only wish that would happen for other colorways like Miami Nights and Cannons, which are easily fetching $200+. Without any regard if it’s before, during, or after the release. Usually Blackouts are perfect shoes for an every-day use, but does this version got what it takes? You’ll be the judge of that.

Upcoming Nike LeBron 9 “Triple Black” Catalog Images »

As usual, Nike is set to release an all black version of the latest LeBron James sneakers. It won’t be the Blackout version with White swoosh, that we previewed last month, but a true pure black colorway, which was already mentioned here. The shoe is dressed in black from head to toe, but that’s what makes them a versatile choice either for basketball or as as every-day shoe. The “Blackout” Nike LeBron 9 is set to release on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011. Retail is $170. For full schedule for the LBJ9 check out the official release dates.

Actual Photo Presenting LeBron 9 “Triple Black”. No White Swoosh. »

Last week we mentioned about a catalog photo presenting the Nike LeBron 9 in the Triple Black colorway and how great it was to get a black LeBron shoe with a white swoosh installed… just like The King wears it. Turns out the actual shoe is pure black with anthracite details meaning no white swoosh after all. Seems like it’s reserved only for his Player Exclusive styles. It’s not a big deal, but I was excited about the sample. What’s your take on this matter?

First Look at Nike LeBron 9 in Black/Anthracite »

Among all announced LeBron 9′s, so far we haven’t seen the College colorways and the all black version. The second one is scheduled to be released on November 23rd, 2011 at nikestore.com. LeBron James usually wears his Triple Black shoes with a white swoosh probably to make them pop a little more on the court. If this catalog image presenting the sample version won’t change, we will also get them this way. Just don’t be surprised if LBJ decides to add something more… just to make us drool.
